“Best khinkali in the old town, and the courtyard feels like visiting your Georgian grandmother.”
“The house Saperavi alone is worth the visit. We come every time we're in Tbilisi.”
“Chakapuli like my mother made. Booked again for next week.”
The Kiknadze family has run Ezo since 2017 in a 19th-century house on Betlemi Street. The vine-covered courtyard shades tables where guests eat from grandmother Nino's recipes, passed down through generations.
Our wine comes from the family's own marani in Kakheti. The menu changes with the market — whatever arrives fresh that morning decides what we cook. No shortcuts, no freezers, just the taste of a Georgian home.
